Join Vision Norfolk for a trip to the Norwich Theatre Royal for an audio described performance of Carlos Acosta’s Nutcracker in Havana. The show is a colourful Cuban take on the festive classic, set to an exuberant Cuban newly-commissioned version of the  Tchaikovsky score, arranged by Cuban composer Pepe Gavilondo. Featuring over 20 dancers from Carlos’ Cuban company Acosta Danza, this traditional story is brought to life with ballet at its core but in Carlos’ unique style, seeing dance traditions of Cuba carefully fused and woven throughout the classic tale.

The performance is on Saturday 2nd November at the Norwich Theatre Royal (Theatre St, Norwich NR2 1RL) from 2:30pm until around 5pm. Tickets cost £58 including a sighted companion ticket if required.
